Starting around 1970 when I went to the Galactic Core to meet God but found the Galactic Sentience instead this visit changed he and his wife a lot because they both realized that they didn't have to wait until they got old and retired to take incarnations as human beings on earth sort of like Hercules did in the Zeus pantheon. So, ever since then starting with he and his wife the royalty of the Galaxy started incarnating on earth more even before they retired. They did make a law that you have to be an adult creator before you can incarnate on earth though. So, there are boundaries still just not only the retirement one. The retirement boundary that was there before is gone.
In some ways I think this is better because experiencing mortality in a human body on earth changes someone so they appreciate life more all of the time. "You don't know what you've got til its gone!"
NOTE: This trip by Soul Travel to the Galactic Core where the Black Hole is that holds the whole galaxy together was there. Also, all Galaxies have a black hole that holds those galaxies together too and each of these Galaxies are created by the Creator Species that created this galaxy.
And there is an antimatter galaxy that somehow exists if you went through the center of the Black hole you would reach somehow the anti-matter galaxy.
Unknown matter (some people call it Dark matter which just means unknown as well). So, I call it Unknown matter because it doesn't exist in a form we can relate to as humans because the physics has nothing to do with matter.
I suppose if you put the matter galaxy we live in back together with the anti-matter galaxy through the black hole you might wind up with unknown matter again.
But, matter and anti-matter are two aspects of Unknown matter to begin with where the creators all came from originally.
Matter likely wouldn't exist almost at all except for Creators building galaxies.
Also, Time and space only exists (as we know it) in a matter galaxy. It doesn't exist in unknown matter and I'm not sure what happens in an anti-matter galaxy through every black hole in the center of each galaxy (even though the series Red Dwarf does explore this in a humorous way).
