Trump as usual was "out to lunch" in some conspiracy theory fairy tale and nowhere to be found. So, basically Pence is in charge of Government security now because Trump has gone "Goofy". I'm thinking that Dexamethasone at heavy doses just made Trump 10 times or more crazy and delusional than before. This is ONLY given at this dose during coronavirus to save people's lives but it is sort of like giving someone Meth in it's effects in that they become delusional.
Since Trump was already delusional he now is really dangerous to everyone on earth, especially to his followers (as we can see today).
