President Wilson never spoke of the Spanish Flu even once while he was president: Why?

Because he felt winning World War I was more important than saving American lives from the Spanish Flu.

Also, President Wilson got the Spanish Flu in Europe and because of this Hitler came to power because he was so hallucinating from fever in Europe during the Peace talks that he couldn't attend and get a fairer deal for the German People. As a result Hitler came to power and there was a 2nd World War where about 100 million people died. Then because of the 2nd world war there was a Cold War from 1945 until 1990 where another 100 million people died in this.

Would it have made a difference if Wilson had at least said something to protect the American People?

This is an unknown because it never happened. But, I'm thinking less American people would have died if he had at least mentioned it.

Also, on top of all this Wilson later died from complications from having the Spanish Flu.
