The Men in Black for example, are likely an agency (sub agency) deep cover but related to the NSA. What the U.S. does is to go through the NSA and disseminate as much UFO knowledge to other countries as they deem useful through the United Nations but not to the general public.
The NSA also has many people who are psychics and intuitives of various kinds that have been proven to be effective especially regarding precognition. But, they are almost always deep cover so undecipherable generally speaking from the masses. There are special ways that they are trained over the years and often they are kept safe in various ways.
Why would someone start a coronavirus here on earth?
IF this is what has happened it would be because they needed to stabilize time because a time war was underway from two or more points for various reasons. It could be from different time periods just on earth for (whatever the reason) or it could be a time war with other planets or times as well.
The reason you would create a pandemic is that everyone who survives a pandemic with the present technologies on earth would be observable through Netflix Usage, and media usage so you would literally know most of what people on earth were doing and thinking about both waking and sleeping to some degree.
The reason you would want to know this information would be it would be easier to place time back like it was before during a time war between Earth time periods or between planets.
So, one of the useful explanations of what has been going on for 1 1/2 years now or more starting in China is a Time War of some kind between countries, time periods or planets.
