Is a lot like what you might encounter in genuine Survival Training with a military on earth or an outward bound experience.
What is the first thing you need to know to survive a true Survival Experience?
You need to know that those who survive physically, mentally and emotionally take an interest in their survival ongoing.
Those who don't mentally, physically or emotionally survive spin in their minds with thoughts like "Why is this happening? What am I doing here? What is going on? I'm scared?
Instead just taking an interest like: "Where's the food? Where can I get some good food? Where can I live? where can I make money? How can I survive this?"
In other words surviving covid is a little like surviving a plane crash in that you are in a non-ordinary reality sort of like World war II.
Accepting the stress of the situation as a reality that you must find a way to overcome or you won't make it at all is the first step.
If you are freaked out just take baby steps like: "I need to get up and go to the bathroom. I need to get food. I need to pay my rent and get food. I need to get warm clothes for winter and cooler clothes for summer. How can I survive this on all levels?
If you ask survival questions one little step at a time you likely will come out the other end of all this in one piece.
But, sensory deprivation we are all experiencing in different ways. And one of the things sensory Deprivation does is it might make you hallucinate more in your waking or sleeping. So, be aware of these normal changes for survival situations.
So, you might have strange waking or sleeping dreams or visions. Trying to figure out what is useful to your survival around all this might be helpful too.
You will survive this if you stay calm and rational and calmly slowly face everything you have to face one thing at a time.
Don't try to do everything at once. Just one baby step at a time will be the most helpful.
One moment one day at a time will see you through until you and your family and friends survive all this.
Pay attention to everything going on in your life so you can survive all this.
