Writing to heal yourself of your childhood and young adult traumas

One of the things that saved my young life at around 21 was reading Psychology Today Magazine around 1970 or 1971. Then I decided soon after this to become a psychologist because I discovered ways to release myself from the bondage of family history. There is so much we tend to get waylayed by in each of our histories. So, in studying Philosophy and Psychology and Cultural Anthropology I learned techniques of how to heal myself of my traumas.

As I began to write in 1980 about Arcane I used these learned techniques to heal myself at both a conscious and subconscious level. I was incredibly successful in this by the way because over time I saw how it was especially healing my subconscious in a custom built way by my talents at healing not only myself but others as well.

The main method I used is self parenting or even self Grand parenting of myself. By doing this I sort of created my own Bible over time that whenever I read it heals me at a core level of the traumas of not only this lifetime but of all lifetimes in the past, present and future which is an incredibly amazing thing to be able to do.

So, if you can do this I highly recommend it because healing allows you not only to heal yourselves but also others as well.

Note: What I started writing was in 1980 with Arcane in Chapter 1 of Memories parts 1 through 11 below. These are all at the top word buttons to my longer writings that I wrote from 1980 onward. So, as you see what I wrote which you might call Science fiction but later I realized it was not fiction in 1998 and 1999 but instead a compendium of past life experiences in the past, present and future. But, whenever I read these experiences I experience deeper and deeper healing regarding this and all my lifetimes past, present and future.
