'Do not fill plastic bags with gasoline' ? I have never known anyone who might think this is a good idea because it's an easy way to die

 Note: One cup of gasoline is equal to the explosive power of 7 sticks of dynamite. However, to be fair this comparison to 7 sticks of dynamite is if you atomize the gasoline, mix it with air and then ignite it in your vehicle cyclinders to cause the engine to run and then pull your car or truck with the power of 7 sticks of dynamite. But, if a cup of gasoline can be equal to 7 sticks of dynamite if your plastic bag is very big you could be carrying 30 to 50 sticks of dynamite in your plastic bag of gas and all it needs is a match to kill or maim you or your children or significant other. Also, a molotov cocktail is usually an empty bottle of wine with gasoline in it with a wick of paper or cloth sticking out the top that you just lit and when you throw it the wine bottle explodes and so does the gas when it hits something solid. So, many plastic bags are much bigger than an empty bottle of wine. So, any way you look at it putting gasoline in plastic bags is basically insane and a way to die or get maimed and that's all.
