It is like he is a throwback to other men who liked to torture women in various ways both mentally and physically. I think it comes from his grandfather in the Klondike running a whorehouse and Restaurant there. So, the misogyny of using women up like you would eat beef comes to mind. This is where the misogyny of the Trump line likely comes from. This is also where the wealth of the Trump's started to and then Trump's Grandfather bought up property all over New York City with the profits of his whorehouse in the Klondike in Canada. Then the Grandfather died from the Spanish Flu in 1918 and Trump's father built houses on the lands he had bought which brought Donald Trump around 200 million dollars to start his empire too as a young man in the 1970s. And all this money came from using up women as prostitutes in the Klondike originally.
So, the Trump men had to hate women a lot to do this to those women and to get rich in this way originally. And then they would have to rationalize this somehow too in the form of misogyny.
