So, let's say you want to drive to Yellowstone or Tetons to take a vacation there. Even if you get all the way there and have reservations you might have to leave your vehicle there and fly back because at least it you buy a ticket on a plane you know that flight might not be cancelled like your gas might be in Wyoming or Montana. This is just one possible outcome of the supply chain disruptions expected to hit beautiful remote places all over the country this summer. And the people living there won't have gasoline or diesel either for their lives unless they buy it now either.
So, it might be useful to expect problems like the ones with the Colonial pipeline Disruption from Texas to the East coast in other places around the country. It won't look exactly like the pipeline disruption but there could be no gas or diesel where you plan to vacation this summer. The other problem is if you go to a red state and you are not vaccinated you might die there from coronavirus too because red states aren't getting vaccinated and so you are more likely to die there statistically speaking too from Indian or South American Variants of coronavirus by this summer too.
