The roof of an apartment building in Northwest Miami-Dade partially collapsed Thursday afternoon, Miami-Dade Fire Rescue said.

The three-story apartment building is at 17500 NW 68th Ave.

The building was evacuated and there are no occupants inside, according to fire officials. There are no reported injuries at this time.

The apartment building is only about 15 miles west of where the Champlain Towers South condo building was before it partially collapsed last month, claiming the lives of nearly 100 people. The remainder of the building was later demolished.
