I was told by Arcane that my book was encoded so if people visited it they likely could decode certain parts of it that weren't edited too much. However, I edited it a lot Memories parts 1 through 11 to try to get it ready to put it online just after 9-11-01 until maybe 2003 I worked on editing it. I realized I couldn't really edit it the way I wanted to and likely part of the reason is that it is supposed to be unedited so some people can decode it. What codes are within it? I'm not sure. However, Arcane and His Oneness and Eridian (Meridian) all said it was there for peaceful communication within this galaxy and others. So, the online version is closest to it's original form so likely it can most easily be decoded. I would say there are at least 7 levels of codes in the book, maybe more to enlighten future generations of Earthlings. The book is of Galactic Design to enlighten people further in various ways.
