To other members of the galaxy a human mind isn't a very complex thing, relatively speaking. So, using much the same kinds of methods as shapeshifters who appear to be something they are not, the Spheres all appear to human beings to be something like a car, a tent, a tree a porpoise, a wave on an ocean or person or something normal for them to see instead of what they are actually looking at. Therefore, when something doesn't feel like it's what it looks like often you are right about this. Because beings from other planets or dimensions want to keep earth quaint and not create psychotic breaks in fragile people who couldn't handle all this.
Only about 1/2 of the people on earth would really be okay with what is really going on in regard to ETs on earth that have ALWAYS been here since before humans colonized earth.
