Losing Maldek which turned into the Asteroid Belt created a serious imbalance in the Solar System at that time

 The Soviets proved that the Asteroid belt was a planet destroyed by a nuclear war in the 1970s and this was published either in Izvestia or Pravda in the 1970s as well. However, in most of the world where this didn't agree with Holy books most religions repressed this information in the news.

However, this knowledge is one of the major factors in the collapse of the Soviet Union through the intelligentsia of Russia over time in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

So, even though this knowledge was repressed in the religious world outside of Russia it wasn't repressed in the atheistic world of the Soviet Union by the intelligentsia there and this helped cause the collapse of the Soviet Union to realize that humanoids had destroyed Maldek which turned it into an Asteroid belt 65 million years ago. To top al this off the death of the dinosaurs was directly caused by an asteroid (piece of Maldek) which also hit earth 65 million years ago too. (was this done on purpose so humanoids could colonize earth?) This is one of my theories at present.
