Normally, he is around people who are tested every day as a way to protect him and themselves because they all work together ongoing.
But, it is more difficult to protect the president when he travels to foreign countries. The problem with this is it could incapacitate or kill the president because of his present age. But, somewhere in Europe the protocols were not strong enough to protect him from getting Covid and whatever consequences this will create for him and the U.S. and the world.
