Especially if people were raised poor and then become wealthy enough to hire people to do everything for them this isn't always a good idea.
I have found that a more "Middle Class" version of how you live your life is more useful for a really long and healthy life.
There are extremes in life often of poverty and wealth and when one goes from extreme poverty to wealth it can get very unbalanced unless you are grounded in a useful balanced reality and way of doing things.
So, it might be important to hire someone to clean your house for you or not but some things should be left for you to do like maybe cooking and sometimes washing your own clothes and putting the dishes in the dishwasher and taking out the trash and maybe gardening outside your home.
Otherwise, if you hire people to do absolutely everything for you how are you going to have enough of a pattern in your life to actually go on living?
I find that going outside and looking at the trees and flowers every morning for example, helps me start the day right. For me, it's not about food because the beautiful day outside or the rain or whatever is happening is a kind of soul food for me to start my day. Maybe texting or calling my children and learning about my grandchildren is another thing that helps me move forward in life too.
The point being that if you hire people to do literally everything for you, "What is left for you to do with yourself?"
However, if you own a business or other business activities that you are involved in of course all this can change on a dime. But, keeping active in whatever way you can that is useful for you on all levels is the best way to proceed.
Also, I try to walk our dog at the beach every day I can or in the redwood, Oak and Pine forests near where we live too where there are bracken ferns and lately streams running here on the coast near San Francisco where we live within one mile of the beaches.
The important thing is "Yes. Everything needs to get done: shopping for food and clothes, washing the clothes, preparing the food, Gardening etc. etc. etc. But, if you hire people to do all these things for you what is left for you to do with yourself?"
It's important to think this way if you want to live to old age by the way.
