I think the truth is likely that this information was hacked by the Iranians themselves and then released in this way to catch Israel off guard, especially if these are the true plans of Israel to begin with.
Because if these are the true plans of Israel then Israel will likely have to create new plans which also could be hacked by the Iranians too.
