I was thinking that it was Lima, Peru that was this high so I was surprised to find out tonight that Lima is on the Coast of Peru rather than up in the Andes. I realized I had mixed up Lima with La Paz in my thinking. But,imagine place like La Paz being a capital at 11,975 feet in elevation?
