With federal budget cuts beginning to take effect, House Speaker John A. Boehner on Sunday reinforced his opposition to any deal to reverse the cuts that includes new revenues. But he and senior White House officials left open a narrow path to a comprehensive budget agreement that could restore at least some of the money at some point.
Mr. Boehner, appearing on the NBC program “Meet The Press,” said President Obama has already raised taxes nearly $1 trillion to finance his health care program and in January won $650 billion in steeper taxes on high incomes.
“How much more does he want?” Mr. Boehner asked. “When is the president going to address the spending side of this?”
But the speaker offered some hope that the budget process – which begins this week with likely House passage of a spending measure, or “continuing resolution,” to keep the government open for the rest of the year — could still end in a comprehensive agreement that lowers the deficit, overhauls the tax code and undoes at least some of the automatic spending cuts.
“I don’t think anyone quite understands how it gets resolved,” he conceded. “After we do our continuing resolution, we’ll begin to work on our budget. The House has done a budget every year that I’ve been speaker. The Senate hasn’t done a budget for four years. They’ve committed to do a budget this year. And I hope that they do. And out of that discussion and out of that process, maybe we can find a way to deal with our long-term spending problem.”
To that end, Mr. Obama made a round of phone calls to senators of both parties Saturday to prod bipartisan deficit talks, Gene Sperling, director of the White House National Economic Council, said Sunday, also on “Meet The Press.”

However, it was not clear on Sunday whom Mr. Obama had called. Senator Richard Durbin of Illinois, the No. 2 Democrat in the chamber and a leader of a group of eight senators looking for a bipartisan deficit deal, did not speak to the president, nor did Senator Mark Warner, Democrat of Virginia, another leader of the group, their aides said. Senator Kelly Ayotte, Republican of New Hampshire who has signaled her openness to reversing the across-the-board cuts, did not hear from the president either.
Senator Susan Collins, a moderate Republican from Maine, and the president had tried to find time to speak, but apparently could not, a Collins aide said. Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, did broach the subject with Mr. Obama last week at the White House in broader conversations about immigration and the attack on the United States Consulate in Benghazi. But they did not speak again on Saturday.
The president’s path to a less arbitrary approach to deficit reduction is narrow and uphill, lawmakers of both parties say. House Republican leaders are adamant that they want no changes to the tax code – including closing loopholes that both sides agree are wasteful – as part of a deal to undo the spending cuts. Instead, they say that any closing of loopholes or changes to the tax code should be part of a comprehensive effort to simplify the tax code and lower tax rates but keep the level of revenue received by the government the same.
“Republicans want tax reform. We want to bring rates down for all Americans so that we’ve got a fairer tax code,” Mr. Boehner said. “But to arbitrarily pull out a couple of tax expenditures and to say, ‘Well, we ought to use that to get rid of the sequester.’ Listen, every American knows Washington has a spending problem.”
The Senate’s top two Republican leaders, Mitch McConnell of Kentucky and John Cornyn of Texas, are increasingly reflecting that same position, and both fear a primary challenge from their right flank as they move toward their re-election campaigns next year.
Mr. McConnell, appearing on the CNN program “State of the Union,” gave no indication that he was willing to undo the automatic cuts with new revenue, only with spending cuts in other parts of the budget.
“We think it’s important to the American people to keep this commitment. We’re willing to do it. We’re willing to talk about reconfiguring the same spending over the next several months,” he said.
The White House is left to hope that rank-and-file senators can build momentum for a bipartisan deficit deal that isolates Republican leaders and ultimately raises pressure that cannot be resisted.
“I have talked to a number of colleagues on both sides of the aisle, many of whom are disgusted with the current state of affairs,” Ms. Collins said in an interview Friday.
Ms. Collins has already begun work with Senator Mark Udall, Democrat of Colorado, on legislation to mitigate the impact of the across-the-board cuts by giving the Obama administration more latitude to spread them around. She said those efforts could put lawmakers on a path toward a consensus on reversing the cuts as they build in force through this fiscal year, which ends on Sept. 30.
But, she said, the president has to speak frankly to the public about the tough changes that are needed over the long term to Social Security and Medicare as the population ages and entitlement costs continue to rise. It is not enough to keep repeating, as Mr. Sperling did on Sunday, that Mr. Obama is prepared to compromise, she said.
“The president has to go first with plans for Medicare and Social Security,” she said. “Then I think you will see more receptivity on the Republican side to an overhaul of the tax code” that raises more revenue.
Senator Lindsey Graham, Republican of South Carolina, reiterated his support for up to $600 billion in new revenue through tax code changes over 10 years in a deficit plan that addresses Medicare and Social Security.
Senator Kelly Ayotte, Republican of New Hampshire, said Sunday on the ABC program “This Week” that she too would be open to more revenues in a broad, bipartisan deal that dealt with entitlements.
Mr. Sperling said Sunday that the speaker had already offered $1 trillion in additional revenue over 10 years in backroom talks with the president in December. About $600 billion in tax increases took effect in January.
“If he was keeping his offer on the table he would at least be willing to consider $400 billion in more revenues,” he said.

Clashes between the Syrian army and rebels at a border crossing have brought the conflict close to neighbouring Iraq, where troops fired warning shots, residents and officials have reported.
Opposition fighters seized control of half of the northeastern Syrian town of Yaarabiya, including a shared border crosssing with Iraq, in a battle with forces loyal to President Bashar al-Assad on Friday and early Saturday, activists said.
Mayor of Iraq's Nineveh Province told Al Jazeera that Syrian government planes shelled Yaarabiya border crossing from Iraqi airspace. The central government has not commented on the statement.
A Syrian rebel commander earlier said the Iraqi army fired across the border at Syrian rebels, but Iraqi military sources denied the report.
A medical source from a hospital in Iraq's Telafar village said one dead and four wounded Syrian had been delivered there, identifying them as likely from the Syrian regular army.
"We have been hearing the sound of explosions and guns in Yaarabiya for the past three days," said Ali Shibaib, who lives in Iraq only 300 metres from the border post with Syria.
"The Syrian regular army troops are stationed between the Iraqi army and the Free Syrian army," he added.
On Friday, a Scud missile fired from Syrian territory landed near a village opposite Yaarabiya, causing no damage but terrifying locals, according to the mayor of Telefar.
The conflict in Syria has previously spilled into Iraq. In September, a five-year-old girl was killed when three rockets struck a border town in the al Qaim area.
Iraq's precarious sectarian and ethnic balance has also come under strain from the conflict next door, where mainly Sunni Muslim insurgents are fighting to overthrow Assad, who is backed by Shia Iran.
Earlier this week, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, a Shia Muslim, warned that a victory for rebels in the Syrian civil war will spark a sectarian war in his own country, a civil war in Lebanon and a division in Jordan.
Opposite another Syrian border on Saturday, Israeli soldiers found fragments of mortar shells that fell near an Israeli settlement in the occupied Golan Heights. No casualties or damage was caused and United Nations observers were notified, an army spokeswoman said.
Israel seized the Golan from Syria in a 1967 war and later annexed it.
Meanwhile, in Syria’s north, government army announced on Saturday it seized control of a key road linking the central province of Hama to Aleppo international airport and nearby Nayrab military airport.
The capture of the road will allow the army to deploy fresh reinforcements and send supplies to the area near the airports, where fighting has raged since mid-February.
Clashes around the airport road were reportedly continuing despite the army's capture.
In al-Raqqa province, fierce battles continued around the provincial capital, reportedly leaving dozens of Syrian troops and rebel fighters dead.
Activists in Raqqa said on Saturday the army was using helicopters to strafe rebels in some parts of the provincial capital, in a rare escalation of violence in the city.
Fresh battles also rocked Daraya, a key rebel enclave southwest of Damascus which the army has fought to take back from insurgents for several weeks.
The United Nations says Syria's war has killed more than 70,000 people in nearly two years since the outbreak of an uprising against Assad's regime.
The number of Syrian refugees has been rising rapidly and the UN says it is going to pass one million by next week.

A human rights group says 19 people were killed when Syrian warplanes dropped cluster bombs, which are banned under a U.N. treaty. Amnesty International said Saturday the attack Friday in the northern town of Aleppo wounded more than 60 people.

An Amnesty official on the scene reported that nine Soviet-made cluster bombs, each carrying up to 150 cluster submunitions, were dropped on a heavily populated area.

Cluster bombs can potentially kill many civilians.  Syria is among the countries that have not signed a 2010 U.N. treaty banning their use.

In other news, Syrian activists said a fierce battle on the outskirts of the northern city of Raqa killed dozens of Syrian troops and rebel fighters.  The opposition Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said Saturday the clashes caused many people to flee.

Also Saturday, Syria and its ally, Iran, accused the United States of applying double standards for offering to provide aid to the rebels.

On Thursday, U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announced $60 million in extra aid to the Syrian opposition and, for the first time, non-lethal aid to some of its rebels trying to overthrow President Bashar al-Assad.

In Geneva, U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon met for talks with international peace envoy Lakhdar Brahimi.  The two later said in a statement the United Nations is willing to broker peace talks between Syria's government and the opposition.

Both men also expressed frustration at the failure of the international community to end the fighting in Syria.  An estimated 70,000 people have died in the 23-month-long conflict.

Syrian group: Heroic Iranian regime created Sandy

Pro-Assad group says hurricane-turned-superstorm was not Mother Nature's work but rather the product of 'secret Iranian technology'

Weather experts worldwide agree that it was an unusual set of weather conditions that made Hurricane Sandy turn into a devastating superstorm, but according to a pro-Syrian government group Mother Nature had little to do with it.

The "News Network of the Syrian Armed Forces" claimed in a statement posted on its Facebook page that "secret Iranian technology" was behind the storm.

Related stories:

Sandy hit the East Coast with full force on Monday night, killing dozens in New York, New Jersey and other states in its path, leaving millions of Americans sans power or utilities and wreaking havoc estimated at nearly $30 billion. Prior to hitting the US, Sandy killed 69 people in the Caribbean.
"Sources confirmed to us that Hurricane Sandy that is slamming the US was set off by highly advanced technologies developed by the heroic Iranian regime that supports the resistance, with coordination of our resistive Syrian regime," the group's post read, according to a CNN report.

The post went on to say that the storm's battering force was "punishment for whoever dares to attack Syria's (Bashar) Assad and threaten peace and stability."
Iran has repeatedly voiced its support of the Assad regime, supplying it with arms and funds despite the brutal bloodshed that has been ripping the country apart since the uprising against Assad began in March 2011.

While many of the social network's users mocked the post, supporters of the regime "liked" it by the hundreds.
"Why are you surprised by such a heroic act that our special forces carried out with the help of the Iranian experts?," one wrote. "Yes this is the great work of the brave lions of Syria in retaliation to the evil conspiracy against our great nation. We will have our victory even if it will take some time," the report said.
Some comments suggested that Iran "manufacture hurricane Israel."

Though this sounds really farfetched it should be known that the U.K. was the first to develop weather warfare in the 1950s or 1960s and accidently killed about 300 Britons in their first experiment. Later, the U.S. , Soviet Union, China and other nations also followed the U.K.s lead. So, if we consider that Weather Warfare has been being developed here on earth since the 1950s and 1960s secretly, then sort of like Nuclear Weapons it would be a "Secret" way to wage war sort of in the same kind of category as "Cyber Warfare".

If this is true it also makes more sense why Obama is preparing to "Take out" Iran by backing up Israel this spring or summer or sooner or later.

Weather: Has abnormal become normal?

Extreme weather makeover: Has abnormal become the new normal?

Once again as I look into the future as an intuitive and precognitive psychic the most difficult changes to deal with will be prolonged droughts over many different areas on Earth and increasing winds above 100 mph which will literally blow humans away if they are out in it. These are the changes that won't be dealt with well by humans unless they build more underground or under dirt burm homes and learn to recycle water like astronauts sometimes do.

The biggest problem from all the weather changes likely will be in trying to grow enough food to feed everyone through extreme weather changes worldwide. And converting to new energy sources will be imperative and away from oil for the world to be successful so as not to watch millions and eventually billions slowly starve to death.

Though the Sequester is difficult to watch, watching millions and then billions starve worldwide will be much worse if new energy sources aren't tapped and used to replace too expensive oil.

Writing can heal your soul

Why is this? I think it is sort of a gestalt. If you have ever talked to a therapist sometimes the therapist will say something like, "Imagine there is one you where you are sitting and here is another chair I'm sitting in front of you that has another you with  a different point of view. Now imagine these two different yous having a discussion about what is the right or correct point of view in regard to almost anything."

When you do something like this often you feel safe enough to have two imaginary yous discuss almost anything painful you might be afraid of or hiding inside yourself. Often the result of you the writer and later you the reader reading what you wrote, moments, days, weeks or even years later is the healing of your soul. And often others are hiding their pain from themselves too so when they read what you write it might begin to heal them too. This is just one of the many beauties of writing that often can lead to soul healing experiences which are always very cleansing.

Familiar images of Saint Germain

The above images are the ones I was familiar with being raised in the Saint Germain Foundation regarding Saint Germain. The top one was painted by May De Camera. The one with the mustache and gold background was painted by Charles Sindelar. The two that are done more in black and white I'm not entirely sure who painted these ones. But, all of them I was familiar with when I grew up from birth in the Saint Germain Foundation. My parents were in charge of the Los Angeles Hope Street Sanctuary from 1954 until 1960 when I was 12 years old and my mother's father died.

So, Saint Germain was someone who along with Jesus I was introduced to from before birth in this lifetime.

Also, the words on one or two of the pictures in another language are translated as: "As above so below" on the left and on the right it says "as below so above". This is mystical talk for meaning "heaven and earth are joined here on earth and heaven and earth are joined in Heaven" and the fact that there is no real way to separate earth from heaven or heaven from earth in either place.

Spiritual and Physical Evolution

Incarnation and Soul Travel

I was thinking more of as I was when I wrote about "Incarnation and Soul Travel" above at that word button.

Recently, I realized that Jesus became an Ascended Master around 33 A.D. and Saint Germain became an Ascended Master in 1684 and Morya became an Ascended Master around 1898 according to various sources. I was thinking about Spiritual evolution as souls in relation to the physical evolution of bodies not only of humans but of all physical beings.

For example, as human bodies evolve they not only evolve physically, the also evolve in consciousness in both good and bad ways. And often people cannot tell whether something that they are thinking and doing is either bad or good because often it is both on an individual and collective level worldwide.

In past cultures often the elders of a tribe would contemplate anything used or made to make sure it wouldn't cause harm to their families and lineages for at least 7 generations. Now, this is not done so much. And often the single motivation might be, "Can I make some money with this new invention or idea?". And in some ways this causes the slow suicide of the whole human race and all living things on earth.

It only takes about 1% to 5% of humanity not being conscious in their decisions that could create extinction for mankind either for certain groups or en masse.

For example, I can remember personally in another lifetime how the planet that is now the Asteroid Belt(one of whose pieces likely struck in Russia recently) from the thermonuclear explosion there likely 65 million years ago now. It is also interesting how the old Soviet Union sent up a probe to the Asteroid belt in the 1970s and found it had been a planet that had been destroyed by one or more thermonuclear explosions. Since the Catholic church and other religious groups on earth did not want this knowledge to be public it tended to remain in the old Soviet Union and China and behind the Iron Curtain. But it was one of the reasons Russian Intelligentia worked to overthrow the old government to prevent Earth becoming another asteroid belt and why things changed from that knowledge from the 1970s until the Soviet Union Collapsed after Chernobyl and the Soviet War in Afghanistan.

Anyway, I remember how the planet blew up. There was a war in which three nuclear bombs went off above one country on the planet there but it dislodged the mantle of the planet. To make matters worse a lake or ocean was involved. So, when the water of the lake or ocean hit the magma it got under the mantle and started to blow chunks of it from the heat up into the air. Most of this atomized into dust in the air but this became a long process and got worse and worse. As this process continued over time it unbalanced the spinning planet and this caused more different types of damage. Eventually, the planet became so unbalanced that all sorts of things went wrong and then in some places steam was venting atmosphere out into space in small bubbles of both air and water. In some areas people's lungs came out of their mouths as the air pressures decreased suddenly or they were scalded by the steam from water of millions and millions of gallons hitting the magma all at once.

Over time the whole planet, seas and atmosphere broke apart until all that was left was the asteroid belt and pieces of atmosphere and oceans and pieces of the planet (sometimes together) drifting and bouncing off each other and other planets and going into the sun in space. So, likely the Meteor that hit Russia was a piece of the planet our ancestors were from. This messed up Mars too by blowing most of the atmosphere off of Mars too. So, eventually the survivors from all this came to earth and genetically engineered a race that could survive here too by hybriding humanoids with apes.

Soldiers in Mali Kill Al Qaedas Belmokhtar

Chad says soldiers in Mali kill al Qaeda's Belmokhtar

Chad says soldiers in Mali kill al Qaeda's Belmokhtar

N'DJAMENA (Reuters) - Chadian soldiers in Mali have killed Mokhtar Belmokhtar, the al Qaeda mastermind of a bloody hostage-taking at an Algerian gas plant in January, Chad's military said on Saturday.
The death of one of the world's most wanted jihadists would be a major blow to al Qaeda in the region and to the Islamist rebels forced to flee towns they had seized in northern Mali by an offensive by French and African troops.
"On Saturday, March 2, at noon, Chadian armed forces operating in northern Mali completely destroyed a terrorist base (...) The toll included several dead terrorists, including their leader Mokhtar Belmokhtar," Chad's armed forces said in a statement read on national television.
On Friday, Chad's President Idriss Deby said his soldiers had killed another al Qaeda commander, Adelhamid Abou Zeid, among 40 militants who died in an operation in the same area as Saturday's assault - Mali's Adrar des Ifoghas mountains near the Algerian border - on Monday.
France - which has used jet strikes against the militants' mountain strongholds - has declined to confirm the killing of either Abou Zeid or Belmokhtar.
Analysts said the death of two of al Qaeda's most feared commanders in the Sahara desert would mark a significant blow to Mali's Islamist rebellion.
"Both men have extensive knowledge of northern Mali and parts of the broader Sahel and deep social and other connections in northern Mali, and the death of both in such a short amount of time will likely have an impact on militant operations," said Andrew Lebovich, a Dakar-based analyst who follows al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb (AQIM).
Chad is one of several African nations that have contributed forces to a French-led military intervention in Mali aimed at ridding its vast northern desert of Islamist rebels who seized the area nearly a year ago following a coup in the capital.
Western and African countries are worried that al Qaeda could use the zone to launch international attacks and strengthen ties with African Islamist groups like al Shabaab in Somalia and Boko Haram in Nigeria.
'MARLBORO MAN'
Belmokhtar, 40, who lost an eye while fighting in Afghanistan in the 1990s, claimed responsibility for the seizure of dozens of foreign hostages at the In Amenas gas plant in Algeria in January in which more than 60 people were killed.
That attack put Algeria back on the map of global jihad, 20 years after its civil war, a bloody Islamist struggle for power.
It also burnished Belmokhtar's jihadi credentials by showing that al Qaeda remained a potent threat to Western interests despite U.S. forces killing Osama bin Laden in Pakistan in 2011.
Before then, some intelligence experts had assumed Algerian-born Belmokhtar, whose involvement in kidnapping and smuggling in the Sahara earned him the nickname "Marlboro Man", had drifted away from jihad in favor of making money from crime.
In a rare interview with a Mauritanian news service in late 2011, Belmokhtar paid homage to bin Laden and his successor, Ayman al-Zawahri. He cited al Qaeda's traditional global preoccupations, including Iraq, Afghanistan and the fate of the Palestinians, and stressed the need to "attack Western and Jewish economic and military interests".
He shared responsibility for AQIM - al Qaeda's north African franchise - with Abou Zeid, though there was talk the two did not get along and were competing for power.
A former smuggler turned jihadi, Algerian-born Abou Zeid imposed a violent form of sharia, Islamic law, in the ancient desert town of Timbuktu, including amputations and the destruction of ancient Sufi shrines.
Robert Fowler, a former Canadian diplomat held hostage by Belmokhtar in 2008-9, told Reuters: "While I cannot consider reports of the death of both Abou Zeid and Mokhtar Belmokhtar as anything but good news ... I must temper my enthusiasm by the fact that this is by no means the first time Belmokhtar's death has been reported."
President Francois Hollande said on Friday that the assault to retake Mali's vast desert north from AQIM and other Islamist rebels that began on January 11 was in its final stage and so could not confirm Abou Zeid's death.
"Terrorist groups have taken refuge and are hiding in an especially difficult zone," he said. "Information is out there. I don't have to confirm it because we must reach the end of the operation."
A U.S. official and a Western diplomat, however, said the reports about Abou Zeid's death appeared to be credible.
After its success in dislodging al Qaeda fighters from northern Mali's towns, France and its African allies have faced a mounting wave of suicide bombings and guerrilla-style raids by Islamists in northern Malian towns.
United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon said on Friday that a U.N. peacekeeping force to replace French troops in Mali should be discussed as soon as possible.

Heisenberg: Atoms are not things they are only tendencies

I wrote this a while back but I still intrinsically believe it to be true.

Begin:

Atoms are not things. They are only tendencies-Heisenberg

Viewed in this way the universe for me becomes a thought, a concept. If that is what the universe really is then to perceive the whole universe as oneself is to understand the universe. By objectively understanding and thereby experiencing the whole universe as oneself one begins to actually encompass the whole universe as oneself and begins to feel peace. By feeling peace one may stop feeling afraid. When one stops feeling afraid one's physiology operates better. From this new experience of objectivity one than then can ask questions of oneself as the universe. From these questions since fear is gone, answers may automatically appear. From the peace, the questions and the automatic answers one may know God. From knowing God and having peace one needs nothing else. Whether ones body is alive or whether one has passed over one can then know peace eternally by knowing God in this way.

Note: This is one path to God. I have traveled it and found it perfect for me. You might too.

end quote.

I was thinking more about this idea lately. Scientists especially some physicists often say things like, "The universe does not behave like it is actually physical. It behave more as if we all were within the mind of God."

This is my conclusion too. What proved it to me was years of soul traveling. If Time and space was ultimately real I would not be able to be in any time or space that God allows me to be in instantly. Since God allows me to go to any time or space instantly and relatively effortlessly in my soul, this means to me that we all live in the mind of God and that what we call "Physical" isn't really physical at all but only give the illusion of being physical much like a computer or video game does.

However, if you really go there all the time you are going to experience nausea. So, knowing something is true is one thing, but not pretending time and space are real is only going to make you get vertigo and make you throw up. So, know if you understand it that time and space are not ultimately real but instead only relatively real. Know that Being and non-Being are all there really is. Know that likely there is only one being one consciousness in the whole universe, and all life all consciousness composes that one being that fills the serious game of time and space. But, let's be practical. We each have to live with whatever we learn. If we don't we are no more in physical bodies.

So, the reason to be compassionate to all life in the Universe is that IT is YOU in certainty. And if we are not Kind to OURselves we all suffer. So, does that mean we all together(all life in the past, present and future of the universe) are God? Likely it does.
