The red dot on the map is where the pneumonic plague death was. So, because of this it would be likely to see the first cases in Mongolia or China because of the location of the death

We probably won't get the truth out of Russia so it will likely be when it goes to another country like Mongolia that we will know much about it at all. We had this experience with China too  regarding Covid where the truth is guarded or hidden completely from the public at large and Russia is the same way where no one gets the full truth regarding anything there at all ever.
