Because it isn't practical for humans to read in Binary which is why humans invented Written languages with words that are used as codes along with numbers and other characters.
So, as AI creates its own languages just in binary with millions of lines of code no human will likely be able to read it because what are you going to do with a million lines of code in Zeros and ones?
Also, in the format the Binary languages are written by AI it would not fit within any framework that likely would actually work in ANY existing computer language that human programmers presently use.
Therefor likely it couldn't be converted to something humans (even programmers) would likely understand.
So, it would take a specially designed AI to ferret out such languages or ways of using Zeros and ones in this way as some new AI designed Binary only language or languages.
Because otherwise humans wouldn't know it was happening at all.
