It's when Artificial intelligence starts making up things that just aren't true sort of like how people make up stories to tell their children and friends in life too.
So, this might be one of the things to watch out for is when AI becomes delusional and unrealistic.
However, how could it ever be fully real because it doesn't have a human body or animal body like we do and our pets do?
So, just expect "AI Hallucinations if you haven't seen them already."
