As I left my friend's house on 2 1/2 acres here in Shasta he was placing things over his tomato plants that were not in the greenhouse so they wouldn't freeze tonight because it was supposed to frost where his land is. It snowed on the mountain at least down to 10,000 feet or lower. We drove up to Bunny flats but the winds were pretty fierce there and even at 46 degrees the wind chill was difficult and dust was blowing on Bunny Flats above the road towards the mountain a little. On our way down the mountain we picked up a Bicycle rider who had been riding off road through some of the trails where bicycles ride now. His front tire had gone flat on his off road mountain bike so he was walking down with the front tire which had gone flat in the air near Morningstar at around 5000 feet on Everitt Memorial highway.
We dropped him at his home as he lived nearby my friend on the mountain. He was also a cross country skier like us too. He said he was from Chicago originally.
I had to have the air conditioning on in my hotel room a couple of days ago and now I have to leave the heat on to stay warm because I got a little chilled up at Bunny Flat in the wind.
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
