Writing of your experiences

When I first wrote: until I was 50 I only saw what I wrote or maybe a few friends or relatives. I was sort of scared to share with people partly because my experiences were different than many people. So, maybe this was a good thing.

The more like other people your experiences are the more likely you might feel safe to share your experiences with others.

But, one day in 1998 in the Fall I had to go to Stanford Medical near stanford University and I had to have an angiogram where they send a mechanical snake like thing up from your Femoral Artery (this is what they still did in 1998. I hear now they go into your carotid artery which seems more dangerous to me. (But both arteries you can easily bleed to death through if you are not careful and don't have good medical supervision when you are cut either place). So, as I was waiting for my angiogram with about 60 other heart patients on gurneys expected to be operated on that day there was this morbid feeling in the room of people who weren't sure they were still going to be alive at the end of the day (especially the ones having open heart Surgery that day).

So, I promised God that if I survived whatever was wrong with my heart that I would start a Blog on the Internet to share all the amazing things God had done in my life. I figured I owed God and mankind something of sharing my amazing experiences for God and to mankind before I died.

So, this was about October I think in 1998 and then by May my heart specialist said, "OH by the way we figured out through the process of elimination what was wrong with your heart. You had a heart virus. This is amazing because I don't know anyone who survived a heart virus in California this year. You might be the first one!"

So, in June 1999 I went to Geocities and started my first blog site (they didn't even call them that yet) and I started to write and to share what I believed God would want me to share about my life. And I have ever since.

Because I realized that day with all the people wondering if that day was going to be their last on earth or not that life is short. And anything you have to say you need to say it before you are dead.

I realized the really sad thing would be if I died without sharing my amazing experiences with those of mankind who might really benefit from what my experiences have been.

So, if you feel moved to do it share your experiences first with yourself and if you feel safe enough to do this then share your experiences (carefully at first) with others.

By God's Grace
