Both during the days and nights all humans and possibly all mammals or animals or birds or reptiles on earth might be soul traveling all the time. I can only vouch for humans at this point because that would be the only thing I would be certain of.
For example, at night when you dreaming you are soul traveling. And everything you think about during the day you are soul traveling to a greater or lesser degree when you do that. You might think you are just tied to your body 24 hours a day. However, spatially you are everywhere you think and feel you are. Most people likely would be surprised to learn about this. However, as a soul traveler you just know it from experience. So, in dealing with most people who don't understand this it is a lot like dealing with children if you were an airline pilot and the children were riding in the plane with you. In other words mainly you don't want to scare them or the whole plane might crash.
So, maybe it is better if people discover this sort of thing slowly, because otherwise it is sort of like waking up standing on the edge of a cliff over looking the ocean when you have been asleep your whole life. You really don't want to fall into the ocean unless you can swim and know where the rocks are so you can survive it. So, knowing that everyone soul travels all the time is only useful if you think it is. Otherwise, it might be more useful to pretend it isn't true until you can better deal with it.
