It looks like we all are going to pay higher prices at the pump because of this "Cuban Missile Crisis" type of unknown scenario going on now. The stock markets around the world do not like unknowns, and this is one of the biggest unknowns the world has had to face since the fall of the Soviet Union around 1990.  Hopefully, the police action will go on without a hitch so the price of oil can drop down to where people can afford to fill up their cars after this again.
