Meditation and exercise might be helpful to prevent panic attacks

Meditation and exercise might be useful to prevent panic attacks but they are not effective if you don't somehow remove the actual cause or causes of the panic attack or attacks. For example, if you were in an air bubble trapped underwater and you could breathe but only for about 5 or 10 minutes, meditation and exercise might take your mind off the cause of the problem but until you actually get out of that predicament it is possible or likely that you would continue to have panic attacks. So, in the end finding a way to eliminate somehow the causes of your panic attacks is the best solution whenever possible.

I read this to my wife and she laughed for about a minute which is a good thing.
