What is the difference between a Seer and a Prophet

I would say the difference between a Seer and a Prophet is whether someone has a following or not. A prophet might be someone within a certain religion or belief system that has a natural following. A Seer would still be a Seer but might just want to be alone living in a cave somewhere and people would find out and go ask this person questions if they valued his or her advice. So, a prophet would be more likely to be a part of a larger religion or philosophy.

However, for someone like me that basically sees religions as obsolete for our times because of higher institutions of knowledge the whole world dynamic the way I see it has permanently changed from a religious way of looking at things. So, hierarchies of religions likely are slowly collapsing around the world because people are now educated enough to see through the dogma of literally all religions on earth.

So, where does that leave humanity?

I would say it leaves humanity in a transition from old ways of seeing things and moving towards newer and different ways of seeing things where people (because of their vast educations and time to take on knowledge because of technology) are leaps and bounds ahead of their forebears in understanding other cultures, other religions, other philosophies and then synthesizing what they learn into something useful for them and their families.

For example, the Great Recession has taken U.S. college graduates and thrown them around the world to literally every country on earth in trying to make a living. People with any college degree often can teach English in almost any country. And some people even without a college degree can get jobs as tutors teaching English to wealthier people in almost any country on Earth.

This one change where college graduates travel the world now for jobs from the U.S. will totally change the way these people see the world as they learn the native languages and cultures worldwide. So, this tends to make the educated young of the world World Citizens more than those in the past except for people from the U.S. in the Peace Core, the Military traveling around the world or those in the diplomatic core from the U.S. who serve in World Wide U.S. Embassys.

This is changing the whole fabric of what it means to be educated not only in the U.S. but worldwide and this is another factor in people becoming more cosmopolitan and incorporating other cultures into their own without losing their native culture. And this makes people more citizens of the world and to some degree more members of every religion and yet simultaneously no religion or religions. This is just one of the many changes to mankind presently happening. And as people of all nations literally meet people from all nations better understanding will tend to take place between all peoples ongoing worldwide.
