A CNN reporter compares ISIS to NAZIS and the KMER Rouge in that all three groups seem to like genocide as a tactic to gain attention and recruits. This allows them to recruit homicidal maniacs with severe psychological problems who will act out their aggressions by killing and raping men, women and children along the way, putting up heads on the tops of posts and fences and on top of other poles as trophies left there to rot.
So, ISIS is an enemy in this sense of civilization and must be exterminated unless we want to see country after country collapse in the Middle East and Africa under the Weight of ISIS and other similar terrorist organizations.
