My Method for developing compassion for all life in the Universe

When I first heard this I realized from studying psychology and religion and spirituality for years before this, that running this series of words through one's subconscious mind would tend to create real Compassion for all life in the universe.

Over the years I often would wake up from sleep running this even in my sleep and dreams all night long.

Basically, my way of doing this is to experience this prayer as already manifest for all beings in the universe. So, my experience of it is every being in the universe being happy and peaceful and full of bliss. This makes me happy experiencing all beings in the universe being happy.

Since a person's mind does not distinguish between dreams and reality really it becomes the reality generated by one's mind and subconscious all the time. This makes one's aura very special and tends to create the manifestation of what one is contemplating. Therefore it is like being your own heaven realm or pure land when you are doing this ongoing.

Here is what I heard in 1980 that taught me this possibility:

May all beings attain bliss and the Cause of Bliss
May all beings be free from suffering and the cause of suffering
May all beings never be without the supreme bliss that is free of all
near and far all grasping and aversion


Experiencing this as already manifest tends to manifest this in and around you and all near you.

I have also discovered like many of you that human beings are transceivers. What I mean by this is that we are cellular transceivers. Cells not only communicate with each other but they also communicate with all cells in nearby organisms 24 hours a day. That's what cells do. They do this to learn how to survive whatever they might encounter in their lives as cells. This is true whether they are human cells, animal cells, or plant cells or the cells in literally any organism.

In understanding this the best way to help all cells in all beings is to transmit a heaven realm that you presently live in. Being practical about this causes more and more heaven realms to exist in the people, animals, birds and plants around you. This is what being human is all about.
