30 mph winds with heavy rain at airport in Portland Oregon
The weather has been pretty bad here in Portland since I arrived yesterday. It basically starting raining when I was about 1 hour out of Portland around 3 pm yesterday and hasn't stopped yet. So, anything I had to do I had to do in a lot of wind and rain everywhere. Which is okay because I'm prepared for that and more but after the drought in California it is a little much rain all at once so it's taking me a little time to get used to this much rain and wind ongoing. The Nehalem River near Foss has issued a Flood warning until Wednesday because of all of the rain by the way.
