Right now people in Paris are literally "Sitting ducks" for terrorists to kill without impunity since the terrorists want to die after killing 100 or more French civilians at a time now.
Until Paris is armed to the teeth the way the U.S. is now these attacks will continue unabated.
This is something to consider. I see no realistic way to stop or mitigate these attacks otherwise. Because it will always be new guys doing this from whatever country they are from.
They will choose Paris and France simply because of the unarmed populace if for no other reason than this. Paris is unarmed for safety but being unarmed in France isn't safe anymore.
