And what I came up with is: eat right, think right, right livelihood, compassion which is what every civilization needs to have each of it's citizens to do.
The reason for this is if people aren't healthy from a good diet they cannot think right and make good choices. In fact, many studies have been done that show that people take illegal drugs often partly because of a bad diet, just like people eat pickles as a sign of not enough minerals in their body (I like dill and sweet pickles too by the way).
However, a really bad diet doesn't allow people to be able to process the problems they are dealing with in their lives. So, if people are having problems because of parents breaking up, homelessness and other problems, often a bad diet occurs. This prevent thinking correctly and making good decisions which often can lead to other problems which then can lead to bad behavior, taking illegal drugs and other more serious problems in a person's life.
And now we find that terrorists in Europe are Drug Dealers? And Criminals?
And so we find that right now the people who are destroying civilization are the ones who have not had a good diet, not had an education, not learned to think right, not learned right livelihood and therefore have no compassion for themselves or anyone else.
So, it is an easy thing to both kill themselves and others in the process because they are just so screwed up that they think this is okay and the right thing to do.
But, this then ends civilization when enough people are crazy enough to do this.
The Great Wall of China was once built to keep the barbarians out. But, we cannot do that anymore because the Barbarians are among us already.
Whether they are terrorists or whether they are the mass murderers amongst us killing groups of people almost every week now here in the U.S. it is the same thing really.
It is people who don't eat right, think right, have right livelihood and who have no compassion for themselves or anyone else.
So, this might help by the way:
