FDA approves GMO Salmon?

FDA approves GMO salmon, a first for food supply. Shouldn't it be labeled?

Washington Post - ‎1 hour ago‎
This column was updated at 10:45 a.m.. The genetically engineered salmon - a lightning rod in the debate about biotechnology in our food supply - is a go.

Here's the thing about this. A baby might be genetically modified too. But people don't eat babies.

Approving GMO salmon is really insane. Because no one knows the short or long term consequences of doing this.

People have been eating things that have naturally evolved and our bodies have evolved to eat those things to otherwise we would have died. (And those who were allergic to those things did die and did not reproduce for thousands and possibly millions of years as humans here on earth).

So, introducing something new some people are naturally going to die eating it from allergies and other reactions.

My response to this would be to stop eating all salmon since I cannot tell which salmon is GMO and which isn't.

So, after reading this I never will eat salmon ever again in response to this news.

Without GMO labeling it is like playing Russian Roulette with a pistol to all our heads.
