I think the U.S., Great Britain, and Russia now have it right about stopping flights to and from Sharm el-Sheikh on the Sinai. Though Egypt wants the tourists to keep on coming, the ISIS people in Sinai have made it too unsafe now for them to fly in and out of there(at least over the Sinai).
So, protecting the public for now has to be the highest concern, whether these are Europeans, Russians or whoever they are. So, I think all 3 countries have it right regarding their priorities which have to be citizens who are tourists from all countries visiting there.
Also, Russia, Great Britain and the U.S. and Europe know it is in their mutual best interests to band together against ISIS. And I think this in the long run is a good thing for all these countries.
