If you listen to his speech, more and more people are calling Trump, mentally unsound or confused, because this is the most inappropriate speech ever given to the boy scouts by a sitting U.S. President Ever.
His level of confusion and the strangeness of this speech echoes the country's feeling that this president is just too morally confused to actually be a president.
Even in the GOP Camp a majority of even lawmakers now believe something is seriously wrong with Trump in thought, word and deed.
