To European Union readers I personally add no cookies ever. I wouldn't even likely know what they looked like in code if I saw them even though I can code pages in HTML and have since the late 1990s. But, here at blogger.com (blogspot) I don't code anymore or even try to read code because that would take me likely 10 to 100 times as long depending up on what I'm doing. Instead I use automatic coders. Here at blogspot that is called "Compose" or the compose mode rather than the "HTML" mode.
HOWEVER, I cannot vouch that Blogspot doesn't add cookies and if I quote from another source I cannot vouch that they don't add cookies into their code. So, just know I NEVER personally add cookies to anything I write or quote.
