First you have to have batteries long lasting enough to run a 1984 version of the Arnold in Terminator, the movie. (we already have the CPUs the Ram, the motors and all the other technology to actually do this. But, what we still don't have is the battery capacity to do this without using something maybe atomic powered or something like that. Another way to make something work like that might be solar cells all over a naked metal body if it is sunny out all day and then maybe he would go to sleep at night?
