If you are living in another country trying to make sense of all this impeachment stuff

The United States functions primarily by having ongoing bloodless civil wars like this. It is unknown what impeachment will do in the end, middle or beginning. Mostly this impeachment is being done as a matter of principle of trying to be true to the U.S. Constitution and the fact that under our constitution "NO ONE is above the law"!

So, this includes Trump who thinks he is a "King" or Dictator in the U.S. which is against the law here. So, seeing that Trump is a dictator trying to take over a Constitutional democracy and so we are having a bloodless revolution against him as a King or Dictator, might be the most useful way to see all this.

So, the laws of our Constitution and democracy are leveling now against Trump's excesses. Likely Trump will be impeached by the full House of Representatives before the new year begins.

What does that mean?

Actually, it could mean anything at this point because the Senate is Controlled by the Republicans who often support Trump but not always. For example, they are irate in the extreme at Trump for saying he will remove U.S. Troops from Syria. So, it is quite possible in order to not permanently lose the Support of the Senate and House Republicans he might have to go back on his order to take U.S. Troops out of Syria or they might turn against him.

Also, Turkey needs to know that if they attack the Kurds it is quite likely that their armies will be attacked by U.S. cruise missiles at some point. This is quite likely given the present state of affairs here in the U.S.

The U.S. is experiencing a type of bloodless revolution of sorts through this impeachment inquiry at present. Whether this removes Trump completely from office or not at this point is anyone's guess. But, abandoning the Kurds might be enough for the Republicans to consider removing Trump from office too, as they are "Fighting mad" about abandoning our allies the Kurds by Trump.
