ISIS also could be paying off Trump too to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria as well.
Isn't it awful that any or all of these groups could be bribing Trump to withdraw from Syria and that he would accept these bribes? But, he has proven already he is the single most corrupt U.S. president of all time.
