One more problem Electric cars need to fix

Electro-magnetic radiation or "Electrical Coronas".

In the 1950s spark plug wires were not "shielded" like they are now and so when you drove often you might get snaps through your radio from unshielded sparks going off in your engine to set off the gasoline in your engine combined with air.

Also, other parts of your radio and aerials were not shielded so when you drove under a powerline and were listening to the radio you might hear static instead of a radio station at least until you pulled out from under the power lines with 30,000 to 50,000 volts or more.

This "Static" was caused by "Electrical Coronas" and Electro-magnetic radiation caused by high voltages.

Well. when you are either generating electricity like you do with a prius from the engine into the battery or directly into the electric motors or when you expend power from your batteries in a Tesla which doesn't have generators (except for the braking generators) on board you expose all passengers and the driver to Electrical Coronas "Radiation" which over time can make people ill.

The ones I worry about the most are actually babies and children who grow up riding in Priuses and Teslas more than anything else who are going to eventually start having health problems caused by long term exposure over the years to Electrical coronas (electrical radiation).

But, there is a way to fix this which is to lead line your vehicle so wherever electricity is being generated or expended that there is lead between you and where this happens as a driver or occupant in the car. I'm thinking that the led aprons you wear in a dentists office might be enough to cut down the radiation enough so it would be basically safe for years at that point.

So, then you would just have to worry about being electrocuted if you had an accident in an electric car and that's all. But, there are on Priuses an emergency shut off in the trunk for shutting down all electric power so passengers and drivers and firemen and policeman don't die when they try to rescue someone in an accident accidentally.

So, if you buy an electric vehicle be sure to lead line all direct lines from generator or motors between you and passengers of your vehicle so they will be safe (as long as you aren't in an accident with an electric car).

Also, the higher the voltage the bigger problem this becomes as a general rule in electricity.
