The Atmospheric River just hit South and West of San Jose on the coast

It appears to have arrived about 3 hours before they expected it to last night on the local weather. Presently 9:15 AM PST.

This next set of atmospheric River storms likely will bring flooding to many areas in Northern California in addition to high winds at some point and possible falling trees and power outages. The night time temperatures at least where I live look to be maybe 10 degrees warmer than the freezing temperatures of the past few nights with black ice many places which is very unusual for this area of the state along the coast. But, there was snow in many of the local mountains above about 1000 feet too the last couple of days but the rain now likely has already or will soon melt all that pretty quickly with slightly warmer temperatures and wind and rain the next several few days straight.
