Atomic diffusion Additive Manufacturing:
1. Design: Cad Draft your part, upload the STL, and select from a wide range of metals. The Eiger Software does the rest making the right part easy.
2. Print: Metal powder bound in plastic is printed a layer at a time into the shape of your part. Parts are scaled up to compensate for shrinkage during the Sintering process.
3. Sinter: Printed parts go through a washing stage to remove some of the binder. The are then sintered in a furnace and the metal powder fuses into solid metal.
4. Part: Now comprised ONLY of pure metal, the final parts are ready for use. They can be processed and treated just like any other metal parts.

So, I guess you can now do this without doing all this in a vacuum with this new system which creates I believe a 90% to 98% savings on many parts you need for your business, farm or home shop in your GARAGE ANYWHERE ON EARTH! FROM MY PERSPECTIVE THIS IS AN AMAZING BREAKTHOUGH IN METAL BUILDING 3D TECHNOLOGY!
To the best of my ability I write about my experience of the Universe Past, Present and Future
