Note: Spoiler Alert! I do give one really good line from the movie here so I don't want to spoil it for you. So, if you are going to see it and haven't already you might not want to read this:
Though I had seen it in a theater with my wife we particularly liked this movie because it is very funny. If you have ever been an 11 or 12 year old boy it is even more funny and likely the same if you ever were an 11 or 12 year old girl too. Since this is everyone likely you will find this funny and quaint in a very different way.
Imagine "Superbad"(2007) written by Seth Rogen if he also wrote (Good Boys)2019 which I believe he also did and then made it under and assumed name to make it even more interesting because the boys are about 7 years younger than the boys in "Superbad" from 2007.
One of my favorite lines is: "MY neighbor girl is a nymphomaniac." his friend "She builds fires?"
Then he says "No. That's pyromaniac. A nyphomaniac has sex on land and sea!"
As my wife and I finally caught that line that we missed when we saw it in the theater we had to stop the movie while we almost died laughing at this."
If you ever were 11 you might totally relate to this movie if you grew up in suburbia especially like my wife and I did. We both grew up in Southern California mostly.
