It wouldn't have to be a country. It could be anyone with enough money to have a supercomputer to have created this thing by gene splicing into a virus. So, a GMO virus that might be self mutating like most virus' are. If you study what Covid-19 does to people worldwide and the way it doesn't stop hitting all organs in the body including the skin as an organ on children like in Kawasaki's disease or parvo virus then you know this isn't a normal thing at all. I'm not even sure why it is still called a Coronavirus because what coronavirus does this many different things to people and not just one?
It appears to be mutating and adapting all over the world in all sorts of different ways. This is genetically engineered. If not by a country then by someone or some group very wealthy.
