The poor and middle Class who depend upon the rich to fund their jobs are going to be mostly out of luck until the rich feel safe enough to resume their old lives because of a vaccine at this point worldwide.

And the hardest hit are going to be resort funded communities worldwide because the rich are staying home because mostly they are above 50 and the most likely to die of coronavirus right now and because they are also highly educated they know this too and will not be moved unless they are extreme risk takers who could easily die of Coronavirus by the way. So, even if they help the poor and middle Class by being extreme risk takers they might not be long for this world anyway. So, the help often will be short lived.
