Yes wearing a mask while exercising could make you pass out

Why?

Because you are not getting enough oxygen while exercising with a face mask on that's why!

Imagine you are riding a bicycle at 20 to 40 miles per hour going downhill and you pass out. Are you going to survive this? maybe not.

Imagine you are jogging with a mask on, if you pass out while going across a bridge that doesn't necessarily have guardrails are you going to survive this? maybe not.

So, wearing a mask while you are walking around is one thing. But even then if you have any kind of oxygenation problems or are older than 40 or 50 you also might pass out with a mask on. Will you survive this fall? Not sure because I don't know your physical limitations.

One trick I use is to wear a mask with my nose out sometimes. This way I can get enough air without worrying about blowing air onto anyone with my mouth. So, one way to make sure you are getting enough oxygen so you don't pass out exercising is to wear a mask but don't cover your nose so you can inhale enough oxygen to breathe but usually people won't bother you about this because your mouth is covered.

Wearing a mask while exercising is stupid for almost everyone no matter what their age is!

One of the things lately is I have been wondering is how many people who live where it's humid are going to pass out with masks on when it gets to be 90 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit and over 90 percent humidity? I'm thinking a lot of people with masks on are going to go to the hospital this summer and some will not survive this.
