I did this years ago in 1998 when I was dying from a heart virus then. So, I'm still ready to die on any moment or day from the preparation I made back then.
When you are prepared to die you have a different attitude.
You don't take for granted even a single moment you have left alive.
You accept that you could be taken in any given moment (But also you know that somehow you might never die too).
This is the paradox of being prepared to die at any moment.
But, this is what everyone needs to prepare for on earth right now in case it really happens.
It's the sort of thing a man or woman should do during war in case they die.
Thinking you cannot die is the best way to die by the way.
Accepting that you might die in any given moment or live forever is a much more useful way to live.
Because you have complete peace and integrity in this ongoing state of mind.
