I noticed that when I clicked "View Blog" from the Posts and stats page it sometimes puts you in a place where you cannot blog because up in the right hand corner it will say "Sign IN" on the new window page whereas if you are blogging and signed in already you should be able to have as many blogger.com windows open at the same time which aids in blogging as you wish.
However, then I clicked the "Sign in" and it took me to a blank page on which I could blog too? This is really strange!
