I'm being blocked from modifying my Links page because I can only save it once

 What does this mean?

It means that for example

Designating "Self driving Cars" as being "Fully Autonomous" will create a more dangerous outcome for riders in these cars: Why? /a>

Senator: Zoom Deceived Users Over Its Security Claims "

I had never heard before of the Rakoczy Mansion in Transylvania

Designating "Self driving Cars" as being "Fully Autonomous" will create a more dangerous outcome for riders in these cars: Why? "

Do you see How the "Designating" one is repeated? I have deleted the 2nd one but it won't save because I already saved the article once so it won't let me save it again. This is problematic for me sharing Links pages properly because I have to save these pages many times to double check if all the HTML is correct as I go along.  So, I'm not sure how to handle this. I suppose I could make all the changes and save it once. However, that also is problematic if I made any mistakes on the programming of HTML where I might not be easily able to figure out what I did wrong.
