Learning to help others is learning to BE nobility no matter what class you were raised in

This is why education is important in life because often through High School and College you learn Noblesse Oblige. John F Kennedy said, "Ask not what your country can do for you ask what you can do for your country". This is also noblesse oblige.

When I was young the Peace Corps was founded and we sent people all over the world to help disadvantaged cultures worldwide. We helped build water systems and schools and taught people English and helped people in various ways.

The Peace Corps still exists worldwide too except now you have to be more careful because of Coronavirus worldwide. But, often younger people don't die from it if they have good health.

So, many Congress People or Senators START their lives as members of the Peace Corps learning to help others worldwide. Both Sam Farr and John Garamendi of California started their careers in government by going to other countries as a Peace Corps Volunteer for example.
